Your dog will love you EVEN more when you treat them with these Ice Cream shaped cookies.  You wouldn't believe the amount of love and effort we put into making each one of these.

They sell like 'hot cakes' (or should we say 'hot cookies') all year round!  Certainly a MUST HAVE treat if you're having a dog party!!!!!

Thousands of dogs all over the nation love our cookies, made from our special recipe.  Wholesome & natural with a taste of chicken sends dogs wild!  Decorated with scrummy 'dog safe' carob & yoghurt, then & skilfully piped with various designs.  Cookie Shelf Life: 6 weeks from purchase.

We only use natural flavours and natural food colours.  For example we use natural beetroot colour to make PINK yoghurt topped treats.

The finish on the carob & yoghurt toppings is very similar to chocolate but obviously it is NOT chocolate & it does not need to be refrigerated. (Please remember, do not feed human chocolate to dogs as it can be harmful to them.)

• VERY SORRY - NO BAKERY PRODUCTION FROM 17th - 22nd May 2012. Our bakery is closed for a short break from Thursday 17th May for just 4 days. Web orders can still be taken, however, we are not back in action until Tues 22nd May 2012, so please make allowances for delivery times.  Sorry for any inconvenience caused but hopefully your dogs will understand? Please apologise to your dog on our behalf:)
• Please allow approx 4 - 7 working days for full delivery time.  Usually an order leaves us after approx 3 - 5 days.  Then it is sent out by 1st Class Royal Mail which may take another 1 - 3 days to arrive.  So allowing up to 7 working days is a good guide.  Peak times such as Christmas may be slightly longer.  (It's no problem for us if you ever want to order in advance.)
  
• We promise we will always get your order made and dispatched as quickly as possible, so it may arrive well before the 7 working days. (NB Monday to Friday are classed as working days)
• Let us know in the comment box on the Checkout Page 'what date your order is needed by', to allow us to try and help. We cannot guarantee to hit that date if it's before our 7 working days delivery time but we'll do our very best!
• Feel free to e-mail us if you need a more accurate delivery date or have any special delivery instructions.
• When your order is ready to be dispatched we will let you know by e-mail.
• IMPORTANT: Our treats will not fit through a letter box, so someone at the delivery address will have to accept the parcel from the postman/delivery driver. Please make necessary arrangements to accept the parcel.
• On the Checkout page advise us of any 'special delivery instructions', for example: if you require the parcel to be left with a desired neighbour or in a safe place.
• Ensure the parcel is not left in a warm place or in the sunshine (if we ever have any).
• We will contact you if there is a delay.
• The postage cost is based on Royal Mails current 1st Class prices.  Incase you're wondering ..... as an example for 1 x Birthday Cake the delivery charge for 1st Class, UK mainland postage is just £2.70 (using Royal Mail's current tariff). We only charge you what Royal Mail charge us, to keep costs to a minimum for you:)  Each treat will vary in weight due to it being handmade.  The weight shown for each treat is including a small percentage of the total outter packaging weight. As you add more items to basket the weights are all added together & the postage cost is calculated for you.  The price is shown in the Doggy Bag (shopping cart). Remember these are luxury treats, so please do not over indulge your pet.

Feeding guide:
To be given as a reward or special treat only.
*Large/med breeds:
No more than 1 full treat once or twice weekly.
*Small breeds:
Great to break into small pieces and give sparingly over a few days.

*Always ensure there is a bowl of fresh, clean water available.
*Check with your vet if your dog has any diet queries.
