VERY SORRY - NO BAKERY PRODUCTION FROM 17th - 22nd May 2012. Our bakery is closed for a short break from Thursday 17th May for just 4 days. Web orders can still be taken, however, we are not back in action until Tues 22nd May 2012, so please make allowances for delivery times. Sorry for any inconvenience caused but hopefully your dogs will understand? Please apologise to your dog on our behalf:)

Incase you're wondering ..... as an example for 1 x Birthday Cake the delivery charge for 1st Class, UK mainland postage is just £2.70 (using Royal Mail's current tariff). We only charge you what Royal Mail charge us, to keep costs to a minimum for you:) See below for more info.
Please allow approx 4 - 7 working days for full delivery time. Usually an order leaves us after approx 3 - 5 days. Then it is sent out by 1st Class Royal Mail which may take another 1 - 3 days to arrive. So allowing up to 7 working days is a good guide. Peak times such as Christmas may be slightly longer. (It's no problem for us if you ever want to order in advance.)

We promise we will always get your order made and dispatched as quickly as possible, so it may arrive well before the 7 working days. (NB Monday to Friday are classed as working days.)

Let us know in the comment box on the Checkout Page 'what date your order is needed by', to allow us to try and help. We cannot guarantee to hit that date if it's before our 7 working days delivery time but we'll do our very best!
Feel free to e-mail us if you need a more accurate delivery date or have any special delivery instructions.
When your order is ready to be dispatched we will let you know by e-mail.
IMPORTANT: Our treats will not fit through a letter box, so someone at the delivery address will have to accept the parcel from the postman/delivery driver. Please make necessary arrangements to accept the parcel.
On the Checkout page advise us of any 'special delivery instructions', for example: if you require the parcel to be left with a desired neighbour or in a safe place.
Ensure the parcel is not left in a warm place or in the sunshine (if we ever have any).
We will contact you if there is a delay.
Our postage prices are based on the weight of your order and we use Royal Mails current 1st Class packet prices. Each treat will vary in weight due to it being handmade. The weight shown for each treat is including a small percentage of the total outter packaging weight. As you add more items to basket the weights are all added together & price calculated for you. The price will be shown in the Doggy Bag (shopping cart).

Our maximum amount of postage we will charge is £9.45 (No matter how much your order it will not cost more than £9.45)
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UK: This website is set up only for shipping within the UK mainland. For orders outside the UK but within the EU please contact us by email and we will always try to help.
